Tax Credit Form
The tax credit form is one way
to help the wrestling team raise funds. A person may donate up to
$250 to the Yuma High wrestling team by using the tax credit form and
then deduct this amount from state income taxes. If you
decide to do this, download the form from the link and send it in to
the school as stated on the form. A receipt will be mailed to
you. The money donated is a direct credit to your state taxes for
